Welcome to Tempo Travel Booking! We’re thrilled to be part of your journey. These terms outline our mutual agreement to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable trip.

We offer a wide range of vehicles, from 4 to 50-seater Tempo Travellers. Also, assign professional and reliable drivers who are registered and familiar with the route. The seating capacity is strictly in accordance with government (RTO) rules and cannot be exceeded for safety reasons. To confirm your booking, an advance payment is required. The balance payment must be cleared before the journey starts or on the pickup day.
For your safety and convenience, we assign only professional, reliable, and registered drivers who are familiar with the planned routes.
Your booking typically includes the Tempo Traveller and a professional driver. Unless explicitly stated in your package, additional costs such as tolls, parking fees, state entry taxes, and the driver’s daily allowance are not included and will be payable separately. Meals, accommodation, and monument entry fees are also the customer’s responsibility.
Our standard rental package is for 12 hours or 250-300 km per day. We understand trips can run long, so any extra hours or kilometers will be charged at a predefined rate. For journeys between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, a night charge applies. If you decide to change the route or add unplanned sightseeing, then additional charges may apply.

Your safety is our top priority. Transport laws regulate the driver’s working hours. For everyone’s safety and comfort, alcohol, smoking, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. In hilly terrain, the AC may be switched off for vehicle safety. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle’s interior during the hire period.
In the rare event of a vehicle breakdown, we promise to arrange an alternate vehicle as soon as possible. However, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen natural events. We also reserve the right to change the vehicle in unavoidable situations and ensure an equivalent replacement.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts. These terms, along with your booking voucher, form the complete agreement between you and Tempo Travel Booking.
